    The 4-Inch Desilter Cone is a compact yet high-performance hydrocyclone component engineered for efficient solid-liquid separation in drilling fluid systems. Ideal for removing ultrafine particles (typically 10–30 microns), this cone is widely used in oilfield drilling, mining, and industrial applications to maintain fluid integrity, protect equipment, and optimize operational efficiency.  (4" complete cone is screw style)

     

    desander cone and desilter cone has two exits on the axis:

    The smaller on the bottom (underflow or reject).  
    The larger at the top (overflow or accept).  
    The underflow is generally the denser or thicker fraction, while the overflow is the lighter or more fluid fraction.
